Very clean. Staff pleasant and friendly. Good position for M57/M62/A580. Beds and pillows comfortable but duvets very heavy. A lot of traffic on surrounding roads but no noise at all inside the hotel. Rooms functional, hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided but no phone down to Reception. All-in-all would stay here again.

The rooms were better than expected for what we paid , the bathrooms are tired and in need of a revamp . The guy on reception was rude but the remainder of the staff were lovely, especially the guy on the following morning when we went down for breakfast, he was a joy. Breakfast was mediocre for the price , had to wait for most items to be filled even though the breakfast room was virtually empty. If we returned we would source breakfast elsewhere as £10 for a slice of toast was not good value as the scrambled eggs were inedible , the beans had all stuck to bottom of the pan , the sausage was poor quality. Disappointed there was no fried eggs .

I stayed at this hotel on the 24/01/2025. The employee's at this hotel that I came across were very polite and helpful, a credit to the hotel. The hotel itself is in need of some serious TLC. The room i stayed in felt dirty and wasn't looked after at all. From the dirty cups to the unmaintained bathroom. The water for the shower was ice cold, would not get warm no matter how long it was on for. The television (although not that important for a nights sleep) would not turn off unless unplugged and made a weird sound when watching. The heating was really loud. I couldn't open the window wider or close it as the handle had been broken before and just put on temporarily it looked like. The only decent thing about the room was the bed was quite comfortable. Food wasn't the best but definitely not the worst. I wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel again.

Stayed there for 2 nights for my birthday for liverpool ,no complaints from us room was lovely very clean, the staff were lovely nothing was to much and don't even start me on the breakfast was absolutely lovely all you can eat great value would definitely stop there again very happy satisfied customer thanks

Decent hotel, friendly staff, but feeling a bit tired and dated. Rooms definitely nerd refurbishing and the place could do with modernising. Nonetheless, not a bad stay.

This was an extre night and we still have till Friday the room is dirty all together I’ve payed £290 for the full stay we have payed half the price to stay in travel lodges premier inns for half the price with better standard hair mold dust shelf’s falling off I’m not happy at all

Booked to stay here. But sadly due to snow couldn’t make it. Room was non refundable but I still got a full refund due to the circumstances and for me that shows how amazing a buisness is. So 5stars from me and I will be re booking for February instead. Looking forward to staying here. Thankyou again , Nathan kent

Hopefully you will receive this as feedback to hopefully improve the service you provide. Last night I stayed at your Knowsley Inn, Ribblers Lane, Knowsley Business Park, Liverpool, Knowsley, L34 9HA . Heading there straight from work in midwales with my 6 years old and 14 year old. I completed the reservation with the number of guests however there was only 1 bed ready, the main bed. The main issue I have is mould. I work for a housing association and I know how dangerous this is to a persons health especially young children such as young Awaab who died due to mould in his his home of which we have a law coming though in his name, Awaabs Law. As we walked down the hallway to room 3 the extremely potent smell of mould was evident in the air. We entered our room and immediately the smell hit us which was to another level. I noticed there wasn’t a sofa bed made up so I went to reception to ask if I was supposed to make it and got bedding The young lady informed she wouldn’t come to make the bed up for my tired children. Whilst we waiting, I looked around the room trying to make sense of this awful smell of mould. I found it everywhere. The woodwork, curtains, bathroom. Once the lady arrived I asked if she could not smell the stench from the hall and this room, she explained she had a cold so couldn’t. I showed her the mould around the room and she offered to move it. We moved across the hall. The too. Wasn’t as strong smelling but still there. After a 2 hour drive and tired children late at night it was too late to move hotels so we stayed. Using the toilet as frustrating too. One flush didn’t get rid of the paper. You had to wait an awfully long time for the water to fill again to flush. Sharing a room with 2 children was a nightmare trying to use the loo. In the morning we went for breakfast. Please find a way photo of the extremely overcooked sausage and bacon both inedible. The bacon was so hard and sausage didn’t have any meat left inside. It was awful. I’m so disappointed and gutted for what I wanted to be a lovely Christmas treat for my kids

An ex- Holiday Inn let down by poor attention to detail and lack of maintenance. The rooms look almost identical to their predecessor, just with a different colour scheme. But the biggest difference was the standard of cleanliness 🤢 bathroom had black hairs on the floor and wall and in the sink. Toilet had stains in the bowl. There was also a clump of hair on one of the pillows and some kind of sticky residue on the duvet. It completely let down what should've been a perfectly adequate hotel. The hotel was very quiet, but my room was very cold on arrival and heating/ cooling system very noisy. Bed also moved away from the wall too easily and creaked when turning over. Key card holder came away from the wall at one point and I had to shove it back in so that I could get the lights back on! TV was ancient and not working very well. All staff I encountered were lovely, but sadly not enough to change my feelings about the state the hotel is in. Had I been asked how my stay was when checking out I would've stated the above. Sadly I wasn't asked.

Absolutely dreadful hotel. Will never book them again and absolutely do NOT recommend them. I booked a room to attend a Christmas event at the nearby Knowsley Safari Park on Saturday evening. Unfortunately due to the starm, the event was cancelled by the venue on Saturday afternoon. I explained to the hotel that it was not my fault it was cancelled. The booking provider I booked it through tried to help me get a refund....but this hotel refused! I will never ever make the mistake of booking them again!

Remote control in room had no batteries. TV in room 125 broken. Ordered dinner on Friday night, waited 1hr and 45minutes for our dinner to come out at different times. Kids food was cold and advertised as spaghetti bolognaise but it was actually pasta bake bolognaise. Asked to speak to manager and made compliant. Was offered an apology. Said wasn’t good enough and told cold re heat kids meal. Opted to take kids out to McDonald’s almost 3hrs after initial food order was made.

Room was spacious, practical. A few plug sockets didn't appear to be working, didn't spoil anything though. A few cracked tiles on bathroom floor, (bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade) could have done with a duster behind headboard, but otherwise comfortable bed and had best sleep I've had in a very long time, will visit again.

I arrived with my family, we had 3 double room book between us, on arrival we was allocated 2 double room and one twin room, the twin room was allocated to the only couple in the party, I swapped with my sister as I was single occupancy. the room was dirty, it was next to the office on the first floor and there was a loud humming noise the wall adjacent to the office, the TV didn't work and there was a flashing light from smoke alarm above the bed. I had no sleep all night and then when reported we was thanked for the feed back as it helps them improve but nothing offered for the poor experience, I'm returning to Liverpool in two week and booked a premier inn for half the costs of this hotel !! I would not recommend this hotel.

Ideal for a one night stopover. Room was fine for what we needed. Comfy beds. Some road noise but not too bad. Struggled to find it using address on website with satnav but when used Holiday Inn found it straight away.
